These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EcomAI Tools website at useecomai.com. By browsing, submitting a tool, or purchasing a Featured listing, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. About the directory
EcomAI Tools is an editorially curated directory. We make no claim to be exhaustive or comprehensive. Inclusion in the directory is at our sole discretion. We may add, remove, or update listings at any time without notice. Tool information (pricing, features, availability) may not always reflect the current state of a third-party product. Always verify details directly with the tool's vendor before making a purchasing decision.
3. Affiliate link disclosure
EcomAI Tools participates in affiliate programmes. Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you click through and purchase or subscribe to a paid plan. This is at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial curation, ranking methodology, or review content. A tool can be listed, ranked, and recommended regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists.
Where affiliate links are used, they are clearly associated with the relevant tool. This disclosure satisfies the requirements of the UK's ASA guidelines and the US FTC's endorsement guidelines.
4. Tool submissions
By submitting a tool, you confirm that:
- You have the right to submit the tool and the information provided.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion. We will not be liable to you for any decision to reject or remove a listing.
Featured listing payments
Payment for a Featured listing is processed by Stripe. Once payment has been processed, it is non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If your submission is rejected after payment, we will issue a refund at our discretion. Featured listings run for 30 days from activation and do not automatically renew unless you choose to do so.
5. Intellectual property
The editorial content, design, and code of EcomAI Tools are owned by EcomAI Tools and may not be reproduced without permission. Tool names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
6. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information on the site is accurate, complete, or up to date. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party tool listed in the directory.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcomAI Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information or tool listed here. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
