About the Tool
ShipHero offers two distinct products that can be used independently or together: warehouse management software for brands running their own fulfilment operations, and a 3PL fulfilment network for brands that want to outsource. The WMS is one of the most complete in the e-commerce market, covering receiving, putaway, pick and pack, cycle counting, and multi-warehouse routing with a mobile barcode scanning workflow. Brands self-fulfilling more than 500 orders per day typically find that structured WMS tooling pays for itself in error reduction and labour efficiency. The 3PL option competes directly with ShipBob and is particularly strong on the US East Coast. For brands that may eventually want to insource fulfilment back from a 3PL, starting with ShipHero as a 3PL client means the software transition is smoother.

Built to support 3PL operators managing multiple brands in a single warehouse. Inventory, orders, and billing are separated per client within the same system.
Fulfilment Performance Reporting
Tracks order accuracy rate, fulfilment time, carrier performance, and return rate. Identifies where errors occur in the pick and pack workflow before they reach the customer.
