About the Tool
LittleData exists because Shopify's default Google Analytics integration is inaccurate. The client-side tracking that Shopify uses for checkout and post-purchase events misses a meaningful percentage of sessions, particularly on mobile and in browsers with ad blockers enabled. LittleData replaces this with server-side event tracking, which records every Shopify order event directly from the server before it reaches the browser, eliminating the gap. For brands running paid acquisition that depend on GA4 or Facebook Pixel data for bidding decisions, the accuracy improvement directly translates to better automated bidding performance. LittleData also fixes Recharge subscription tracking, which is notoriously difficult to measure accurately in GA4. The tool does not add new analytics capability itself, it fixes the data going into the tools you already use.
