Session recordings let you watch individual browsing sessions to diagnose usability problems in a way that aggregated data cannot surface. For Shopify stores, this is particularly useful on product detail pages and checkout flows where a confusing layout or broken element costs sales without showing up clearly in conversion rate data. The free plan is generous enough to run meaningful research, though session recording limits apply.
